All About Ms.Gabby

Gabby: Lenexa, KS, United States; I am Ms.Gabby, I am happily married to my hubby Jess and together we have four wonderful children. Two boys and Two girls. Perfect right? Of course!! We also have guardianship of a newphew and he has lived with us for a few years now.;) I started my in home daycare over 12 years ago and have recieved such great honor and pleasure that I decided to start posting a blog in order to share with you, my family and friends; the moments and memories in the making at Ms. Gabby's.

Ms. Gabby's Christian In-Home Daycare

Ms. Gabby's Daycare is a Christian in-home daycare. We play games, sing songs, read books, dance. We are currently focusing on learning ABC's, Numbers in English & Spanish, Colors, Shapes, Days of the Week, Months, Sign Language and Time. We go on field trips and have lots of fun.

My hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday

7:00am to 5:30pm

I provide breakfast, lunch and snacks.

How A Parent Of Mine Defined Me...(not bragging at all)

The definition of a teacher is to define the undefinable. Almost as wide ranging, yet individualized as asking, what is a parent? A teacher is a guide, a mentor, a confidante, a friend, a disciplinarian, an informer, a provider of inspiration and imagination. A teacher is someone who knows when to intervene, and when to stand back and allow them to try for themselves. Allow them to fail and learn from their mistakes.
